How we work together.
Calls and inquiries
Introductory calls and written inquiries are free and come with no obligation. Any project we take on is governed by a written proposal and statement of work that lists the scope, timeline, and price before work starts.
Payments and ownership
50% deposit to book your start date, 50% at launch. Projects over $1,000 are split into milestones. Pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe; your payment details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. You own the code, accounts, and domains when the final invoice is paid.
Launch support
Every build ships with two weeks of fixes. When we work inside an existing codebase, anything we break along the way is fixed as part of the job. Ongoing care or later additions are covered by a care plan or a new scope.
